Shrek Forever After – with Latest Trailer

"Shrek Forever After" (previously titled Shrek Goes Fourth) written by Tim Sullivan and Mike Mitchell will be the director. This film series will be the fourth and last of a series of stories "Shrek" which was filmed before, Shrek, Shrek 2 and Shrek the Third.

This film is about Shrek troubled because he lost his ogre’s roar. He used to scare villagers away but now he becomes a domesticated family man. His look used to make the villagers fled in terror. Now instead of ran away people ran toward him and asked for signatures on a variety of objects. To restore old glorious days, he made a deal with Rumpelstiltskin. But the deal was in fact reverse the situation becomes worse. Donkey was forced to pull a wagon while Puss in Boots was turned into a fat and lazy cat. Rumpelstiltskin is the king and Shrek and Fiona have never met.

The first Shrek film is very interesting when we are introduced to the world of Shrek with a twist of cynical and humorous world of fairy tales. The author brought this idea back in Shrek 4, except this time the world of Shrek himself will be turned up side down because of his own deal.

The film is starring the voice talents of Mike Myers, Cameron Diaz, Eddie Murphy, Antonio Banderas, Jon Hamm, Kathy Griffin, and Kristin Schaal. It was scheduled to hits screens on 21 May 2010 in the 3-D format.
