1. Fifty Shades of Grey (2015)

Fifty Shades of Grey adalah film besutan Hollywood yang diadaptasi dari novel karangan penulis Inggris, E. L. James. Mengisahkan tentang hubungan percintaan antara seorang mahasiswi sekaligus pekerja paruh-waktu bernama Anastasia Steele dengan seorang pebisnis muda bernama Christian Grey. Tidak sesuai dengan kriteria sensor LSF (Lembaga Sensor Film) karena mengandung adegan intim yang berlebihan dan terkesan sadis, film ini larang edar di Indonesia, begitupun juga Malaysia.

2. Noah (2014)

Film berbau agama memang rentan mengundang kontroversi. Begitupun dengan film berjudul Noah  yang disutradarai oleh Darren Aronofsky serta diskenarioi oleh Aronofsky dan John Logan. Dibintangi oleh Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, Douglas Booth, Logan Lerman, Emma Watson dan Ray Winstone, mengapa fil ini dilarang di beberapa negara? Alasannya antara lain karena tidak sejalan dengan agama yang benar, khususnya agama yang di anut oleh sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia.

3. Irreversible (2002)

Film arahan Gaspar Noe yang dirilis tahun 2002 ini juga tidak akan pernah anda temui di bioskop di Indonesia. Menjadi pembicaraan lewat salah satu adegannya yang bikin merinding,  memuat adegan
pemerkosaan paling brutal dan sadis. Monica Belucci, yang menjadi aktris utama dianiaya hingga tak berdaya.

4. True Lies (1994)

Dibintangi oleh seorang aktor laga, Arnold Schwarzenegger dimana memuat berbagai adegan menarik dengan efek serta aksi yang memukau berdurasi 141 Menit. Namun, film ini dituduh sebagai
film yang melecehkan agama Islam, sebab True Lies membawa isu SARA yang dikhawatirkan dapat menimbulkan kesalahfahaman tentang Arab ang diidentik dengan Islam dan teroris. Pemahaman ini yang kemudian membuat LSF melarang pemutarannya di seluruh Indonesia.

5. The Year of Living Dangerously (1982)

Aslinya, film ini diangkat dari novel berjudul sama karangan C.J. Koch.  Disutradarai oleh Peter Weir ini mengangkat cerita tentang situasi politik di Indonesia pada tahun 1965, tepatnya menjelang peristiwa G30/S.  Lantaran menggarap isu sensitif itu, Weir tak diberi izin melakukan syuting di
Indonesia oleh Presiden Soeharto yang masih berkuasa kala itu. Meskipun akhirnya film ini berhasil dibuat, namun film ini dilarang tayang di Indonesia karena mengangkat kekacauan Indonesia di tahun 1960-an. Film tersebut dirilis dalam bentuk VCD original dan bahkan juga sempat ditayangkan di salah satu TV nasional di Indonesia.

6. Balibo Five

Balibo Five merupakan film lawas yang diangkat dari kisah nyata lima orang wartawan yang tewas secara misterius. Diambil dari sudut pandang mantan jurnalis senior Roger East, Balibo Five
merupakan salah satu film dilarang tayang di Indonesia. Pencekalan tersebut dilatarbelakangi kekhawatiran akan mengganggu keharmonisan hubungan diplomatik antara pemerintah Indonesia, Timor Leste, dan Australia.

7. Schindler’s List (1993)

Film karya Steven Spielberg bertajuk Schindler's List dilarang tayang di Indonesia. Film yang menceritakan peristiwa holocaust yang dilakukan oleh Nazi kepada orang-orang Yahudi di Jerman pada perang dunia II. Dinyatakan tak lulus sensor oleh Lembaga Sensor Indonesia (LSI) karena  di negara yang penduduknya mayoritas Muslim, mengangkat tema Yahudi adalah persoalan sensitif.

Pirates of Caribbean 5 Sedang Mencari Lokasi Syuting

Orlando Bloom, Johnny Depp dan Gore Verbinski saat ini akan bersiap untuk kembali syuting Pirates of Caribbean 5. Dikabarkannya akan hadir Pirates 5 ini diungkapkan oleh Orlando Bloom bahwa dirinya sudah melakukan pembicaraan dengan produksi film untuk mengarapnya pada musim panas 2014.

Pemain-pemain dalam Pirates 5 ini mengaku bahagia jika mereka dilibatkan lagi dalam proses syuting yang biasanya dilakukan di laut lepas dan mendulang banyak uang dari ketiga seri Pirates yang sudah-sudah.

Salah satu pemain yang merasa bahagia jika benar Pirates akan hadir kembali ialah Orlando Bloom, alasan dirinya bahagia mengikuti syuting Pirates 5 ini adalah dirinya bisa bertemu dan beradu akting bersama Johny Depp yang memiliki pengaruh besar dalam keterlibatannya pada film tentang perompak tersebut.

Kabar gembira datang dari pemeran terminator yaitu Arnold Schwarzenegger, rupanya kemarin Arnold telah memposting sebuah status di social media instagram yang berisi rasa terima kasihnya kepada semua kru film di Terminator terbaru.

Bunyi dari status social media milik Arnold adalah sebagai berikut : 'Hasta la vista, baby. Saya ingin berterima kasih kepada para pemeran dan kru dari @TerminatorGenisys untuk syuting yang fantastis.' Dari status ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Arnold baru saja menyelesaikan proses syuting untuk sekuel terbaru Terminator.

Dari status ini, banyak para penggemar film manusia eksoskeleto menjadi bahagia, sebab Arnold Schwarzenegger kembali masuk ke dunia hiburan dengan film yang mengangkat namanya yaitu Terminator.
