Tangled - Disney's 50th Animated Film

Based on the work of Brothers Grimm fairy tale Rapunzel, "Tangled" tells about Rapunzel (voiced by Mandy Moore) who has been imprisoned in a tower for 18 years after she was taken from her parents since she was a baby.

When the rogue Flynn Rider (Zachary Levi) chooses an isolated tower for his latest hideout, he has no idea the tower is already occupied by a princess who was kidnapped as an infant.

Rapunzel (Mandy Moore), who can use her magical hair to heal, sees the devil-may-care bandit as her escape from the tower and a chance at a life of adventure - one that may reunite her with her long-lost parents and restore her royal heritage.

Tangled (previously titled Rapunzel) is an animated film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios. It will be the 50th animated feature in the Walt Disney Animated Classics series, planned for release on November 24, 2010.

The story is loosely based on the classic German fairy tale Rapunzel by the Brothers Grimm. Directed by Byron Howard & Nathan Greno (co-director Bolt).
