Remember Me - Robert Pattinson is back but not as a vampire!

Although Robert Pattinson has been one of the casts in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, we all can not deny that British actor, Robert Pattinson, become extremely popular after he played as Edward Cullen in Twilight. Do not want to get stuck with the typical teen movie, Pattinson has decided to switch his play, this time as a teenager but with a broader theme.

Having previously starred in The Last Ashes, which tells about the life of painter Salvador Dali, in 2010 Pattinson will star in a drama movie directed by Allen Coulter, Remember Me.

Remember Me is a story about Tyler (played by Robert Pattinson) a rebellious young man who lives in New York City, he has a tensed relationship with his father (Pierce Brosnan) ever since the tragedy that divided their family. Tyler never thinks that anyone could possibly know what he was going through until he met Ally (Emilie de Ravin) through a strange twist of destiny.

Tyler has never thought anything about love since his family divided, but Ally has changed everything, her spirit surprisingly cures and motivates him, he falls in love with her. Love has cured his life and he begins to find happiness and for the first time he finds the meaning in his life.

But fate has another plan for them, soon some hidden secrets are exposed, and the conditions that brought them as one slowly threaten to rip them apart. This movie wants to send messages to live your life passionately and treasure every moment while it still last with the ones you love.

Screenplay was written by Jenny Lumet, who previously received a credit for the script that he wrote for movie Rachel Getting Married. The film itself, in addition to starring Pattinson, will display the acting from the young actress Emilie de Ravin as well as performances from Pierce Brosnan, Lena Olin, and Chris Cooper.

Summit Entertainment plans to release Remember Me on February 12, 2009.
