Letters to Juliet (2010) - The Greatest love story ever told is your own!

After Lindsay Lohan and Rachel McAdams through their golden years, it seems the name Amanda Seyfried, as one of the "graduates" Mean Girls, slowly began to rise in Hollywood. Being the second breakthrough in the popular movie "Mamma Mia!,” Amanda Seyfried succeeded in attracting the attention of Hollywood producers and slowly but surely began to get the leading role.

In 2010 the name Amanda Seyfried will be more widely known because many of her movies will be released next year. To mention few here are Chloe (with Julianne Moore and Liam Neeseon), the work of Nicholas Spark's novel adaptation, Dear John (with Channing Tatum), an animated film called Marmaduke and the movie in this post Letters to Juliet.

Letters to Juliet tells the story of an American woman (Amanda Seyfried) who visit Verona, the place where the background story of Romeo & Juliet happened. In this region, there is a tradition where a woman will leave a love letter, the so-called Letter of Juliet, to later will be read by Juliet. Intrigued by one, she read a letter written in 1957, and then she writes back to the letter author (Vanessa Redgrave) asked her to return to Verona and find her true love. The tag line of this movie is “The Greatest love story ever told is your own!”

Directed by Gary Winick, the film will also be present acting from Christopher Egan, Gael García Bernal, Vanessa Redgrave and Franco Nero. Release date: May 7, 2010.
