The movie was based on a novel and will be on screen under the same titled 'Bel Ami' directed by Declan Donnellan.

The star of 'Twilight' will play as Georges Duroy, a young journalist who reached his top career after involving in many women life.

The first woman with him was Madeleine, played by Uma Thurman. Christina Ricci and Kristin Scott Thomas will also get some exciting scenes with Robert.

Robert is really expecting his new movie to be far more successful than his vampire theme movie. He wants to escape from the shadow of those vampire characters!

Another blog reports that Warner Bros. denied the "Friends" movie rumor, "and there's no confirmation from anyone around town that anything is even being considered."

Clay Aiken: Ruben Studdard's New Wife Is "One Lucky Lady"

Clay Aiken is sending well-wishes to American Idol competitor Ruben Studdard, who got married Saturday.

"Ruben is one of the most wonderful guys I have ever known," Aiken, 29, tells Usmagazine.com. "He has such a great heart.

"Zuri is one lucky lady," Aiken adds. "I'm thrilled for both of them as they start this great chapter in their lives."

Studdard, 29, tied the knot with Surata Zuri McCants, 30, in front of 300 guests at the Canterbury United Methodist Church in his hometown of Birmingham, Alabama, Saturday.

The Idol season two winner — dubbed the Velvet Teddy Bear by fans — met McCants, a flight attendant, at a CD signing at a Wal-Mart in Atlanta, Georgia in October 2006.

"I was signing copies of my CD and she came in to get one signed for her friend who couldn't get off from work," he told the Birmingham News. "We started talking, and she was telling me about her friend. But I just looked at her and thought, 'She is so beautiful.'"

Studdard tracked McCants down in the toy department and asked for her phone number.

"We developed a friendship, and about two months later we started dating," Studdard told the paper.

Keira Knightley doesn't mind being naked for sex scenes

Keira Knightley has revealed that she really isnt fazed by the prospect of bearing her flesh in front of the cameras. It seems viewers have a rather sexy scene to look foward to in her new film 'The Edge of Love'.

British actress Keira Knightley has apparently got no problem stripping off in front of the camera. The 23-year-old happily took off her bra for a sex scene with Cillian Murphy in 'The Edge of Love'. Knightley said: "It was very simple. It was a sex scene and I never like them when they've got bras on. So when asked I said, ‘alright then’."
This would not be the first time that Knightley has got her kit off for the cameras. She had previously starred in some hot scenes in 'Domino' and 'Atonement'.
Singing, is however a completely different kettle of fish for the actress. She had previously expressed her reluctance to sing in 'The Edge of Love' but is now set to receive singing lessons for her role of Eliza Doolittle in the remake of 'My Fair Lady'. Knightley is determined to get good enough and perform the movie's classics such as 'The Rain in Spain' and 'Wouldn't it be Loverly?'. 'My Fair Lady' is due to begin shooting in 2010.

The spotlight-hoggin' hotel heiress helicoptered from Manhattan to the Hamptons yesterday to shoot her searching-for-a-best-friend MTV reality show. She and the remaining contestants were chauffeured in Cadillac Escalades to the Estate, a private Sag Harbor manse owned by nightlife impresarios Eugene Remm and Mark Birnbaum.

After enjoying a couple hours of lunch and some poolside lounging, they 'coptered back to Manhattan.

Later in the night—with cameras in tow—they trekked to Tenjune at about 12:30 a.m. and stayed till about 2 a.m. Believe it or not, Ms. Hilton kept things mellow by laying off the booze and drinking Snapple antoxidant water for most of the evening. (Let the pregnancy rumors begin—again!)

Also maintaining control were the show's producers, who were trying to keep a lid on things and not reveal who the contestants were in the club. "All of a sudden there were a ton of girls everywhere, so you didn't know who was who," an eyewitness said. "You really had no idea what they were doing. Paris stayed in one spot, danced, hung out and then left."

Hilton's boyfriend, Benji Madden, was by her side looking fresh as a daisy.

Rare Marilyn Monroe Footage Fetches $60,000

LAS VEGAS (AP) - Candid footage of Marilyn Monroe on the set of her last completed film brought in $60,000 at an auction of movie memorabilia Saturday.

The two reels of silent, 8-millimeter color film shot on the set of "The Misfits" had been expected to draw starting bids of between $10,000 and $20,000. The auction also included the original disco ball from "Saturday Night Fever" and an original script of "The Godfather" signed by Marlon Brando. The sale was held by Julien's Auctions at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.

The 47-minute film, "On the Set with 'The Misfits,'" was shot by film extra Stanley Floyd Kilarr. It features candid moments with Monroe and co-star Clark Gable, as well as Montgomery Clift, Thelma Ritter and director John Huston. The film shows actors preparing for scenes, chatting with crew members and others on the set, and relaxing between takes. "The Misfits" was the last completed film for both Monroe and Gable.

Gable had a fourth heart attack just after filming was finished and died Nov. 16, 1960, about two months before the movie's U.S. release. Monroe died Aug. 5, 1962. Cathy and Rod McCormick, of Sparks, Nev., obtained the film canister from her father, Frank Hasy, Kilarr's uncle.

Items sold early Saturday included a suit worn by Elvis Presley in the film "Viva Las Vegas," which drew a bid of $36,325. Alfred Hitchcock's driver's license sold for $8,000, and an original "King Kong" French film poster sold for $40,625, according to the auction officials.

Anna Nicole Smith's former boyfriend Larry Birkhead attended the auction and spent nearly $3,000 on lingerie once worn by the late Playboy playmate. Birkhead said he was picking up mementos for the couple's 1-year-old daughter, Dannielynn.

Lindsay lies about being pregnant in her new the film!

Take that Jack Black movie she was dropped from. Lindsay has landed herself a new independent movie called "Labor Pains," which actually sounds rather promising. She plays a girl who lies to her boss about pregnant so she doesn't get fired. Perfectly logical. As logical as twin stigmata syndrome. And then, of course, her character gets caught up in the lie and I bet a boy comes into the picture as well. If it is anything like the last two independent movies about unwanted pregnancy (Waitress and Juno) then this could be a great come back for Linds. Of course, those girls actually had babies and this one is lying about it which takes away some of the emotionally touching part.

Clay Aiken Is Going to Be a Dad

Clay Aiken is going to be a father, PEOPLE has confirmed.

"The story is true," a rep for producer David Foster, the pregnant woman's brother, told PEOPLE Wednesday, of the TMZ.com report that Aiken, 29, impregnated David's sister, music producer Jaymes Foster. "It is true Clay is the father. She was artificially inseminated by Clay. She's due in August."

The rep added of Aiken and Foster, "They have been friends ever since American Idol, when they worked together."

Foster also executive produced Aiken's album A Thousand Different Ways.

Ford is said to have proposed on April Fool’s Day, leaving Calista wondering whether or not if he was really serious when he popped the BIG question.

Ford has two sons from his first marriage and two from his second. He has also been raising Flockhart’s now seven-year-old kid since the couple met about five years ago.
