Killer Elite

An ex-special ops agent is lured out of retirement to rescue his mentor. To make the rescue, he must complete a near-impossible mission of killing three tough-as-nails assassins with a cunning leader.

The one-sentence plot synopsis for The Killer Elite reads, “A former Navy Seal is forced out of retirement in order to save his friend.”

Another synopsis, originally featured on The Daily Mail, adds another intriguing component – the story is based on Ranulph Fiennes’ novel “The Feathermen” which follows “a group of former British special forces members who are being hunted by assassins.”

The cast is looking to provide a solid backbone for a movie, starring Jason Statham, Clive Owen, Robert De Niro, Yvonne Strahovski and Dominic Purcell.
